Diving on the wreck of the Peristera in Alonissos, Greece. August and September 2020 were the first time that the wreck was accessible to sport divers. The wreck sits at just under 25 metres, and covers a huge area. This wreck changed history, as it was previously not known that such large ships existed in ancient times. It was carrying over 3000 amphorae.
