Ok, not clickbait persay, because who is looking for these search terms. We all know there is no BEST when it comes to these tool, all have strengths and drawbacks, things that click with you and things that don't. But I wanted to point out a little discrete module that I have had since the very early days: the Malekko Heavy Industries Varigate 4+
This thing is a little power house. The only critique I have other than very short sequences is that the fader response is not the most satisfying -maybe there is a way to change this already that I just don't know about.... but it feels like there is a catch up function enabled which is actually good in sonic terms but kind of sucks for haptic response.
One of my favourite features is the copy paste function, where you hold the button for one channel down and then just press the button for hte channel you want to copy it to. So simple and so useful If the Voltage Block had this functionality it might be the best thing ever.

They are in the video, but basically this is only Mutable Instruments Plaits, Mannequins Mangrove, Sisters and Just Friends for ultra simple modulation, and the Endless Processor for infinite drones.
I recored everything using Expert Sleepers ES-9 for the very first time. There is potential in this module. If you want to know more about it, let me know in the commentary section.
