Here's how to make a fabulous modern classic Bramble Cocktail, originally created by the late, great Dick Bradsell, using Gin, Creme de Mure (Blackberry Liquor), Lemon juice and sugar syrup, topped of with fresh blackberries.
Here I'm making a low ABV (under2% alcohol by Volume)
version, using Lyre's Non-Alcoholic Dry London Spirit in place of Gin, and your regular Blackberry Liquor (18%by Vol).
