Batman: Arkham Knight Game Breaking Save/Reload Glitch - PS4 Playstation 4

After starting (and failing) a Campaign for Disarmament mission I was reloaded into a groovy and glitchy version of Gotham where I'm unable to do anything I want to do (like continuing to play the game). I've tried ejecting from the Batmobile and gliding around to find any grapnel point as well as reloading several times - nothing works.
To clarify: I'm 59% through the main story (53% overall total) and this took place after a story mission. I noticed the nearby explosive, activated the mission, and then this occurred.
(This particular mission was on Founders' Island below the airships)
