Ātma Ṣaṭkam (आत्मषट्कम्), in just six verses, it gently strips away our usual sense of identity: body, senses, thoughts, emotions, actions, and even the idea of spiritual achievement, pointing to what remains when all of that is let go.
Rather than teaching a ritual or describing a deity, Ātma Ṣaṭkam speaks directly about the nature of the Self.
cid-ānanda-rūpaḥ śivo’ham — “I am of the nature of consciousness and bliss.”
A short yet powerful expression of non-dual wisdom, traditionally attributed to Adi Shankaracharya.
This version presents the complete Sanskrit text with plenty of space and stillness, allowing the words to be felt rather than analysed. It is intended as a listening meditation, where meaning unfolds gradually through sound, silence, and repetition.
