Pasteurization and cooling line for pouches 240 ppm. This line is applied to all the fruit-based pouches processing and could be applied to all the food with pouches. Sarp realizes tailor-made spiral belt conveyors for the fruit and vegetable processing.
We are specialized in these kinds of treatments and we can assist you with the temperature and time of processing. The belts are specific for your needs and are flexibles in every direction, given the possibility to optimize the internal space of the machines. The shape of the system can be built confirming your spaces and our knowledge of the processes is combined with yours about the products, creating a perfect mix to increase your goals.
The system provides for the pasteurization of the product reaching temperatures close to +100 °C followed by a cooling spiral conveyor that allows to cool down the temperature at approximately 5°C. But everything can be adjusted to your recipes and needs.
