สวัสดีค่ะทุกคน 💙 วันนี้สมายอยากพาเพื่อน ๆ มาพักใจที่ Forgetmenot Pond ที่ Alberta, Canada ที่นี่อยู่ในเขต Kananaskis ขับรถแค่ประมาณหนึ่งชั่วโมงจาก downtown Calgary เองค่ะ

พอมาถึงคือ…วิวสวยมากๆ น้ำใสแจ๋ว เหมือนภาพวาดเลย 🏔️เราเลือกมาวันเสาร์ค่ะ ซึ่งบรรยากาศอบอุ่น อากาศดี มีหลายครอบครัวมาปิคนิค พายเรือ เล่นน้ำ
ส่วนสมายก็มากับเพื่อนค่ะ เราปูเสื่อปิคนิค เล่นเกม Scrabble และคุยกันชิล ๆ 🍎🧺✨

บางทีความสุขจริง ๆ มันอาจไม่ใช่เรื่องใหญ่โตเลย แค่มีธรรมชาติให้มอง มีเพื่อนดี ๆ นั่งข้าง ๆ และหัวใจที่นิ่งสงบ ช่วงหนึ่งที่สมายนั่งเงียบ ๆ มองสายน้ำ ฟังเสียงลมพัด แล้วรู้สึกว่า… "ความสุขของเรา ไม่ได้อยู่ไกลเลย แค่อยู่นิ่งๆแล้วซึมซับโมเมนต์เล็ก ๆ แบบนี้เอง" 🌿

อยากฝากทุกคนไว้ว่า เวลาที่เหนื่อย ๆ หรือกังวล ลองพาตัวเองไปอยู่กับธรรมชาติบ้างนะคะ มันจะเยียวยาใจได้มากกว่าที่คิดจริง ๆ

Hi everyone 💙 Today, I’d love to take you to a little healing trip at Forgetmenot Pond in Alberta, Canada. It’s located in the Kananaskis area, just about an hour drive from downtown Calgary.

The moment we arrived… wow. The scenery was breathtaking — crystal clear water reflecting the mountains, like a painting 🏔️

Since it’s the weekend, there were many families around, enjoying their time together. Some were paddling on the pond, some walking their dogs, and others having a picnic by the water.

I went there with my friend. We laid out a picnic blanket, played Scrabble and shared stories. Such simple moments, yet so precious.
At one point, I sat quietly, just looking at the water, listening to the wind, and realized something: “Happiness isn’t far away. It’s right here, in these little pauses, when we allow ourselves to slow down and breathe.” 🌿

So if you ever feel tired or overwhelmed, I hope you’ll give yourself time to be in nature. It has a way of healing our hearts more than we expect.
