Описание:
The increase in the number of fixed objects like windfarms and oil platforms poses risks for shipping. Already at wind force 6, wind-sensitive vessels, such as large container ships, can encounter problems in the North Sea. They then have insufficient space to turn around in case of an emergency. The current emergency towing vessels cannot always assist the ships in those circumstances.
