While isolated movement exercises are important in stroke recovery, compound exercises (those that work multiple muscle groups) can have huge benefits! Some of those benefits include greater strengthening, improved coordination, and improved cardiovascular health! This video walks through an advanced workout of 5 compound exercises with modifications. The format is 60 seconds of exercise with a 30 second rest break after each.
