In this video, we build a real-time Vegetable Detection AI system using ESP32-CAM and Edge Impulse AI. You’ll learn how to create a custom dataset, label images, generate features, train an object-detection model, and deploy it directly to Arduino IDE as a ZIP library. We test the model live with Onion, Chilli, and Potato, and display detection results on the Serial Monitor with impressive accuracy.
