Join me at my campsite in Lockston Path Provincial Park where I turn a Coleman camp stove and Coleman oven into a mini‑pizzeria with a fully baked pizza—crispy crust, bubbled cheese, and all!
The Coleman Portable Camping Oven fits securely on a two‑burner Coleman propane stove . It crisps pizza wonderfully, but you’ll need to watch closely to prevent burning.
Pro tips: Place an unglazed ceramic tile or 10″ pizza stone on the bottom rack to even out heat and avoid burnt bottoms. Veterans of such ovens swear by it. I used two fire bricks measuring 4.5 inches by 9 inches. These are commonly used in wood stoves to hold the heat.
