俗話說“食在廣州，廚出鳳城”，這鳳城就是有著世界美食之都的順德，燒臘大師胡連萬不僅劃得一手好龍舟，也做得一手好燒臘，苦心修煉48年，對燒臘製作的工藝講究可是爛熟於心，無論是烤乳豬還是燒鵝，個個香酥入脾；擁有佛山大食堂的有記蘇姐，煉就一雙火眼金睛，對於食材從來是講究不將就，她的看家絕活白切雞雖然看似平凡，實則是經過蘇姐堪稱雞界選美的挑選標準，“冰與火”兩重天的修煉，才達到了食客們口口稱讚的皮脆肉嫩的美味享受。這也怪不得蘇姐店前自立一面“大眾點評牆”，真功夫不怕點評；得心齋的醞紮豬蹄，這是一道從乾隆年間傳承至今的地道佛山料理，可謂是美食中的“無影腳”，皮滑肉嫩，Q彈誘人。90後傳承人於秀麗和老師傅孫恩，新老員工正在努力將這複雜且面臨消失的工藝傳承下去；順德菜品種類繁多，龍橋私廚掌門人梁卓基更是大膽開創神秘彩蛋，跟顧客們玩起了菜品盲盒，應季而食，隨心搭配，給老饕們帶來層出不窮的驚喜。店中更有老頑童，做得一手順德功夫菜，尋味至此，我們結束了這一趟江湖美食之旅，各位老饕們，我們他日江湖再見。
