This recording was made in a living room in The Hague. All streamers were connected to the same setup to ensure a fair and consistent comparison. The music was streamed in high resolution via Qobuz using Roon.

For the recording, a pair of DPA ST2011C microphones was positioned close to the speakers at tweeter height (approx. 40 cm), while a second pair of Rode NT55 MP microphones captured the overall room sound from the listening position. This setup replicates the in-room experience as faithfully as possible.

All recordings were made through a Motu interface using Cordial CRM f FM cables, and the session was captured and mixed in Pro Tools by audio engineer Rouzbeh Esfand
