Reflections on Dualities in a Time of Crisis | Episode 44 | LaYinka Speaks

It's been heartbreaking witnessing the atrocities in Gaza.

Never in history has oppression been spread so far and in such detail, and as outside witnesses, we find ourselves caught in a whirlwind of emotions.

One that's been coming up in my inboxes is guilt — for getting on with life and work while Gazans are being bombarded and international laws are being broken. It's from receiving these messages about guilt that got me thinking about the concept of duality.

Life is a tapestry of dualities. Dualities don't negate each other; they make up the complex mosaic of our lives.

In Episode 44 of LaYinka Speaks — 'Reflections on Dualities in a Time of Crisis' — I reflect on the existence of dualities in this world and how embracing these dualities is a sign of our humanity, especially during times of crisis.
