The Putting Zone in Nashville is not your traditional putt-putt course. Designed more like a community country club, this one-of-a-kind indoor facility combines strategy, high-end putting, and philanthropy into a truly unique experience.
Giving back is a core part of the mission. One dollar from every guest goes directly to charity, and visitors can choose from six local nonprofits to support. In its first year alone, The Putting Zone expects to donate more than $100,000 to the local community.
The facility features 18 indoor holes with a total of 72 par, making it the first indoor putting course of its kind in the country. The proprietary turf can be brushed to change the direction of the grain, meaning the course can play differently each time you visit. Strategic Putting Zones reward accuracy by allowing players to deduct points when they hit recommended targets.
Each hole also has three different cup locations, adding even more variety and challenge. Surrounding the course is a golf museum showcasing historic putters dating back to the 1700s. Guests can bring their own equipment or rent premium putters, including Bettinardi and Cobra models, for just $3.
One of the most popular features is the 160-foot charity putt near the entrance. Any donation earns a chance to win a Bettinardi putter valued at $450 or more, no winner yet, though the closest attempt came from a 7-year-old.
Located at 3040 Sidco Drive, The Putting Zone is open seven days a week and expanding its hours soon. Whether you’re a seasoned golfer or brand new to the game, it’s a fun way to spend time with friends and family while supporting local charities.
