Our Top 5 Biggest Bucks Caught on Camera in the Appalachians!

These are the best whitetail deer bucks we have gotten on our trail cameras in 2024! We have videos of some of them in velvet, and I tried to pair up the velvet pictures with the same deer with hard antlers. We might have the tall-racked buck near the end with last year's set of antlers from January, then him in velvet this year, and finally with his fall antlers. Unfortunately, he developed a very pronounced limp in September and in October I saw him going by as fast as he could and then a coyote came through on his track a few minutes later. He survived because we got him on camera again a few weeks later. It will be a tough winter for him, there is not much food in the big woods that time of year.
