This is a journey I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy (not that I really have any) but nothing prepared me for the shift in physical and mental health when starting HRT.
With a colourful history of Cervical Cancer, Endometriosis and more recently PMDD I had no idea what was next.
Hopefully this video prepares even just one of you to start your HRT journey, or maybe sheds some light on your symptoms.

A few introductions are necessary if you are new around here:
I'm Georgie (the adult) Arabella is my little person.
I'm a commercial videographer and photographer
We live off grid in a little lodge in the middle of 32 acres with all of our pets (horses, cats, dogs, chickens)
