I am at the Tipsy Cow in Milan, TN and I am here to take on their undefeated Tier 8 Big Dilla Challenge. I'll have a one sitting time limit to finish an unbeaten tier of their Big Dillas which is essentially a very big soft taco! They weigh about a half pound each and each tier comes as a set of three. The current record is 15 and I can choose any flavor. If I can complete this tier, I will get my meal for free, go up on the wall of fame and receive a custom winners hat! There are a couple of options to this challenge, complete an undefeated tier with no time limit or choose to go for a previously defeated tier, in which you must complete it faster than the current record holder. Thank you James, Christy, Sebastian, Charlie, and Caileigh for the kindness, hospitality, and delicious food! We will 100% be back for another challenge!
