A MERRY CHRISTMAS

This well-loved arrangement of the English Christmas carol was first performed in 1935 by the University of Bristol Madrigal Singers. It has since been widely-performed for the past 85 years due to its festive tune and engaging message.

Performing the song is an ensemble of MCS’ “RG Singers,” select singers who have graciously accepted the challenge of learning the songs ahead to guide the rest. We pay tribute to their deeds and extend our salute to all of you for sharing this exceptional journey with the Manila Chamber Singers.

A difficult year shall not quell our hope for better times because it has also brought us together. In fellowship, we soothe our worries to celebrate life with songs of love and praise.

We bring you good tidings and wish you a happy Christmas and New Year with your loved ones.
