NEW, OLD SCHOOL | LL COOL J - THE FORCE First Reaction

LL COOL J has just released his newest hiphop and rap album, "THE FORCE", produced by the legendary artist Q-Tip. COOL J is a legend and a pioneer in the hiphop culture, so Music Over Matter had to do a first listen and first reaction to the album. A mentioned in the video, we have both never listened to a LL COOL J album in full, but we are happy to finally do so. And from what we heard, this album is great. This project has the old school hiphop feel from the 80s and 90s, but also feels new and modern. The beats and instrumentals were incredible, but what stands out is LL COOL J's wordplay and storytelling. The most notable tracks from this album are, "Saturday Night Special" featuring Rick Ross and Fat Joe, "Black Code Suite" featuring Sona Jobarteh, "30 Decembers", "Praise Him" featuring Nas, "Murdergram Deux" with Eminem, and "The Vow" featuring Mad Squablz, J-SAND, and Don Pabilto.
