The filling is sort of the same as an American hot dog (a little better). However, what really brings you in and has you wanting more is the snappity snap of the sausage casing. Every time you take a bite, it almost snaps back at you in this merry way. Oh and can't forget super spicy ma la (tingling) ramen noodles with the best 6-minute boiled eggs with oozy egg yolk.
