Yeah this game is awesome, I love me a classic original adventure game, I'm surprised I haven't played this one before. Progressing through the game was really fun, even doing Hero Simulator wasn't boring for being the same game but buffed slightly.
The tower itself was not that hard, Doppelganger was the hard part basically. I recommend getting the giant head as well as using the power orb. If you get lucky, spam tank potions for Doppelganger as you'll basically not get one tapped on certain attacks.
