In this video I am going to share with you an amazing, sizzling, delicious kashmiri bread recipe which is locally know as "Chochwor or Televor". This is the only video or recipe of Chochwor to teach you how to make chochwor at home. This is kashmiri delicacy and I am sure you will love this recipe.
ingredients:
flour 3 Cups
yeast 1/2 tbsp
Sugar 1/2 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tbsp
Water 2 Cups (as required)
Sesame seeds
Baking time: 35-40 minutes on convection mode
Baking temperature: 220 (c)
Note: The oven setting will change from one oven to another, please adjust it accordingly.
Important: Always pre-heat oven for 15 minutes before the actual baking.
