Recipe calls for:
10 cups of peeled, cored, diced tomatoes
5 cups of onions
5 cups of peppers
4 garlic cloves
1 1/4 cups of bottled lemon juice
1 cilantro bunch
1 tablespoon of non iodized salt
Note: I quadrupled this recipe
