California restaurant owner arrested in arson investigation

Robert "Bobby" Salazar, a 63-year-old Fresno restaurant operator, has been arrested on federal charges of arson of commercial property and arson in furtherance of a felony.
Investigators determined that the fire was an act of arson, discovering partially burned gas cans inside the establishment and extensive interior damage.
The investigation, conducted by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Fresno Fire Department, with assistance from local law enforcement and the FBI, uncovered that the arsonist was Thomas Qualls of Sanger, the president of the local Screamin’ Demons Motorcycle Club.
