TRANSFORMERS Sunstreaker KO Masterpiece MP-39 Review

Transformers introduced Sunstreaker in 1984 as one of the first waves of Autobots. A popular and vain character, he is “brother” to Sideswipe and a pain for Megatron and his Decepticon forces. This Masterpiece MP-39 KO is less expensive than the Takara official version and may be a good fit for your collection on a budget. Captain Kyle investigates.

Sunstreaker was featured in the Generation 1 cartoon as well as the comic book, though his comic activities were curtailed by extensive damage he received in the initial mini-series and subsequent damage received from Shockwave. The cartoon was not as dark, nor did it explore the full extent of Sunstreaker’s ego. Still, a fun Autobot warrior to have. Captain Kyle checks out this Masterpiece KO, which comes with accessories including Chip Chase along with his wheelchair, and the mask worn by many Autobots in their foray into Hollywood.
