Action Modes tell Tosca what to do with TestStep Value to steer a particular control
You can select them within TestCase section in the column Action Mode
Input (Default - Transfer values to test object),
Insert (we don't cover as this is non-UI related)
Buffer & Constraint (we will cover later)
We will focus on Select, Verify and WaitOn
