Pansarvärnskanonvagn IV (Pvkv IV) is Swedish medium tank that has unusually low battle rating for it's 3rd tier. That allows to easily complete daily tasks and various events (That usually require playing tier 3 vehicles and above) while playing the lowest BR possible.
