Almighty damage is your best bet to do this in the 120 turn timer. I had to use Shun and Minami for max hp or i could not survive 2 hits of the mouth.
The Mouth can take damage even if the Nose is alive, you can use Almight damage.
while testing i found you can apply burn on him with Ann's weapon Rosethorn or with Luthels Awareness 1 and can increase its duration with Hell Biker's Blazing Hellfire the burn ticks for normal dmg while curse dmg is reduced.
If you kill the mouth while another part is alive they can resurect the mouth so be carefull.
Wonder lvl 61 with lvl 60 weapon Sennight Inferno. Personas: Kushinada lvl 70, Horus lvl70 and Janoshik lvl 70
Ann lvl 60; lvl 60 weapon Rosethorn; lvl 6 skills; 1 Awareness
Revelation: Growth + 4 Power

Revelation: Faith + 4 Love
Shun lvl 55; lvl 60 weapon Demon's Bite; lvl 6 skills; 6 Awareness
Revelation: Departure + 4 Controll
Miyu lvl 60; lvl 60 weapon Submarine Sonar; lvl 6 skills; 2 Awareness
Revelation: Trust + 4 Peace
I did need 160 pulls for Minami and 122 pulls for her weapon, so be carefull if you want her and good luck!
