VIDEO NOTE: WE painted the entire hull of this sailing dinghy. Both topsides and the "bottom." This is acceptable use of TOPSIDE paint because the boat will never be left in the water when not in use - discounting any need for an antifouling bottom paint.
Wet Edge Topside paint should NOT be used on boat's bottoms if the boat will remain in the water unused for any period of time.
