Reviews: This ramen is tasty, the broth itself has the umami, thick pork flavour in the soup, a bit too thick for me, though it can be remedied by adjusting the thickness of the soup when placing the order. The noodles too can be instructed to be cooked longer or shorter time depending on your preferred al-dente. We ordered all food to be cooked normal, not adjusting anything. The chasiu (roasted pork) is a bit too thinly sliced, that is, looking from the value for money perspective, compared to other ramen restaurants. But is yummy overall, the thin chasiu makes the meat soft & tender.
Serving is fast, around 15-20 minutes, which is reasonable judging from the crowd in the restaurant. Service is good as well, all condiments are provided upon request.
The environment is cosy.
Price is reasonable.
