What’s Brewing began back in 1979, and over the years has earned quite the reputation for its quality coffee guaranteed to perk you up. When founder, Roger Chbeir, failed to find a cup of coffee that met his standards, he began roasting his own. What’s Brewing continues that practice today, carefully crafting their coffee from unroasted green beans to cup, all under the watchful eyes of Roger’s two sons, Tony and Sami.
