Stari Grad (former Pharos) is an old town in the northwestern part of the island of Hvar (Croatia). The city is located in a picturesque area and has many beautiful beaches where you can sunbathe, swim or just relax in the shade of old pine trees. The town is located in a deep bay with marina, ferry port and has numerous hotels, and restaurants. This makes it a great tourist base for exploring the island as well as other Adriatic islands./

Stari Grad (dawniej Pharos) to stare miasto w północno-zachodniej części wyspy Hvar (w Chorwacji). Miasto położone jest w malowniczej okolicy i posiada wiele pięknych plaż, gdzie w cieniu starych sosen można się opalać, pływać lub po prostu relaksować. Miasto znajduje się w głębokiej zatoce i posiada marinę oraz port promowy i liczne hotele, i restauracje. Dzięki czemu jest świetną bazą turystyczną do zwiedzania wyspy jak i również innych wysp Adriatyku.
