Hello my quarantining world!!! This little recipe takes just a couple casual ingredients to make something spectacular. Gnocchi!!! Store bought, no more! :)))

Homemade Gnocchi Recipe:
2 larger potatoes (4 medium potatoes)
2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg (or 2 yolks)
Cream/cheese sauce:
1 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cup whole milk
1 1/2 cup of grated cheese (sharp cheddar is strong for this sauce I prefer mild or a mix)
1/2 black pepper
1/4 cup parmesan cheese (asiago is a great substitute if you're in a pinch)
and a ton of grated parmesan (or asiago) on top before serving.
