**START**
It's not the full demo, and the tracklisting has some "invented titles". Track 1 is also missing the intro. The proper tracklisting is as follows;
1. My Lungs Bleed For You
2. Black Harvest.
3. Rillington Sunrise.
4. Blade Barrier.
5. A Cold Grave Beckons.
6. Blue Mice In the Sky
This has tracks 7 and 8 missing. There is also another version of the demo that was recorded one week before but shelved due to playing the songs too fast. GORE was an influence, yes. Recorded September 1989 at Fulton St. Studios Bradford.
**END**
1. My Dick Bleeds For You
2. Sick Of Your Fucking Attitude
3. Rillington Place Sunrise
4. Blade Fucking Barrier
5. No One Gets Out Alive
6. Blue Mice In The Sky
Released as Side A of :

Sludgelord were a West Yorkshire based Doom Metal/Crust Punk band formed in the late 80s by Sore Throat's vocalist Rich Militia in which he played guitar instead. They released a rehearsal demo and one studio demo into tape trading circles, the latter of which was subsequently released on vinyl, without credit to Sludgelord, as the first half of the bootleg Sore Throat LP 'F.O.A.D', the second half being a soundboard recording of Sore Throat live in Germany in 1990. Sludgelord blended traditional Black Sabbath and Saint Vitus influenced Doom Metal riffs and Hellhammer/Celtic Frost influenced Thrash Metal sections with bursts of Sore Throat, Doom, etc Crust/Punk elements the members were already well versed in playing. Musically, in some places, strong comparisons can also be made to the Dutch instrumental power trio, Gore, who were at the peak of their creative powers around the time Sludgelord formed and possibly/probably also inspired the band's sound somewhat.
Online review :
"Fucking amazing and ahead of it's time, this delicious 6-track demo offers some of the most primitive yet quintessential sludge metal, with crust and doom overtones from time to time. Which, I guess, is kind of redundant, but you get the point. It's a Sore Throat side project so you know a) it's good b) the song titles and lyrics are hilarious."
