All participants do so at their own risk and should so under adult supervision. Please ensure that suitably sized clear space is found to use with an adult before engaging in any dance or exercise related activity. All exercise or dance should be performed unsuitable attire and footwear within the remit of the participants own limit and should not be performed if these is any existing injury.
