here is a full spin cycle on the hoover optima, with the belt removed and the pump disconnected.
the motor shown is a ceset MCA52/64-148/CY48 AC brushed motor.
this motor is not the original motor from the machine, i assume the original motor was water damaged since there is evidence of past leaks at both the internal lower front of the machine, and all over the soundproofing board.
this motor isn't in the greatest of conditions either, as you can hear - it doesn't sound the healthiest at times
the drum:motor ratio of this machine is 1:12⅓.
at full speed, the drum reaches 1364rpm and the motor reaches 16,824rpm (approximate figures).
