Hi everyone, welcome to another Ballet for All tutorials, today we have a Ballet Centre Class Port de Bras exercise Beginner - Intermediate Level. This is one of the exercises that I have been working on with my students on our LIVE Lessons on my website "onlineballetclasses.com" and I though you will enjoy it too.
Today we are going to practice balancés, contretemp piqué, among other beautiful and fun steps. All you will need is a screen big enough to follow me and the best attitude and willingness to dance and let the music lead.

Hi dancers, I am Yelena!!
I'm a Professional Ballet Teacher graduated from the National Ballet School of Cuba in 2011 and the Royal Academy of Dance Registered Teacher (RAD RTS) in 2021. I hold a BA in Ballet Teaching and Repertoire, and currently studying my second BA in Dance Teaching Studies.
Here I will be posting ballet tutorials every week designed for dancers of all levels. You will find ballet lessons, pointe work routines, Classical Variations and flexibility and strength follow along tutorials. The tutorials will be hold in english and Spanish at times, as well I will use both ballet techniques, from the Cuban school and the RAD.
