I noticed I didn't mention why 2x speed on Constantine: He consumes recuperates faster and has life steal on the artifact I have on him, so speed might help him survive more. Also his emblem can remove buffs from the opponents, so him going a bit faster might make him lap an opponent that would possibly do a deadly attack, and without their buffs they won't hit as hard, or remove defensive buffs from the opponents that could allow them to survive.
