hey everyone,
So I have been asked quite a few times to show what I do with all these bream that I've been catching. I finally plucked up the courage to try and do a decent catch and cook. Please remember this is a How I Do, not necessarily a How to, but we think the recipe is pretty good. I show the catching and the preparing including the filleting of a beautiful black bream.
