Guess who is finally expanding!! 25 hives here I come :) I have been doing a lot of research on treatment free beekeeping and our bees + varroa. It is amazing that we have even found a bee that shows resistance against mites! Planning to start moving towards rearing queens with mite resistant qualities. I truly think we could see a day where varroa does not effect our western honey bee, so here is a start :)
