About Joe Riley:
Joe Riley is currently working in England but spent many years coaching at Club Estudiantes in Madrid, Spain. Estudiantes developed five of the 12 players who won Spain’s only basketball World Championship in 2006, as well as the coach Pepu Hernández cementing Estudiantes reputation for developing players. When coach Riley was not assisting with the U10s, U14s and U15s he was questioning and observing other coaches within the club. Coach Riley compiled a set of notes covering all aspects Spanish fundamental basketball and how it's taught to all ages.
