Honda GROM Mountain Hill Bomb | 125cc RAW Sound

Hill bombing a Honda Grom is one way to make a slow bike feel FAST! In today's video, we take my little 125cc motorcycle and brap down a twisty mountain. Enjoy the sights and sounds!

While the Honda Grom (MSX 125) is not particularly fast or equipped to do this stuff, it's a grip of fun! HOWEVER, I do NOT recommend doing this unless you upgrade your tires. The Grom's engine braking and downshifting can do a majority of slowing you down along with the use of the brakes. Though you can gain speed quick if you don't plan your lines or know the road well. I upgraded my Honda Grom with the Michelin Power tires and Ohlins suspension to handle stuff like this. The Power Pure is a great mix of street and track that does get sticky in the twisties.

As always, please wear your gear regardless of the motorcycle you're on and don't ride past your limit. Fortunately the Grom can feel fast on a downhill so you don't have to be hitting record speeds to feel a fun rush. I did mic up the 125cc engine to get the best exhaust sound from the grom, but still had some minor wind noise. If you listen closely, you can hear some crackles and pops from this little guy! I love the sounds of rev matching the downshifts on this bike. If you're new here, I'm running the Zoom brute exhaust that I think is the best bang for the buck. Seriously sounds awesome!
