How to remove the dashboard trim to replace my broken speedometer on my 2016 Honda pilot. Touring, FWD.

**UPDATE
The dealership quoted me $325 to replace and program a used cluster. As luck would have it, our speedometer has begun working again. We returned the cluster to OEM used auto parts. We attempted an exchange but they made no effort to do so despite the website saying they would. Phone calls went unanswered.
Be sure and remove your cluster to find the correct part number sticker. I would have never thought the same car could have so many variations and be so important to certain features functioning.
