As a songwriter, you are still an individual that has to navigate real life and real emotions at the same time. I do my best to channel my emotional battles productively, but that doesn't always work out when you're living those battles in real time.
This next episode in the series talks about my experience as a songwriter and how that's been affected by the seasons I've found myself in. My encouragement to anyone watching is to prioritize your identity in Christ and allow that to overflow into how you interact with others. Hidden bitterness is still a sin even if you're not overtly acting in it. Pretending you're okay is not deliverance.
