Hello from the stuuning Heaton Park!
I felt this would be a great pakrun and it certainly didn't disappoint. This place is going to get more and more lovely as we start to move through the spring and into the summer.
This place is busy, but it's definitely well-managed and the volunteers were magnificent.
With a record of. 14:22 I thought this would be a much easier course, but it's got a few inclines for you to look forward to.
Great to see Mike, the last time I saw him was back in Wetherby when my hip was giving me a world of pain, and today I ran my quickest speed for a full KM since November, and all pain-free.
