**B3313 (v0.7) UPDATE 13.1**

"Some extra bug fixes, general compatibility tweaks, etc

What's new?

-Voice desync issues have been reverted, and the voice lists nil values now go unused

-Fixed Crescent Castle death door

-Star tracker has a new texture for uncollected stars (thanks g0ldyosh), and is now left aligned. The amount of areas per page has also been increased to 7, utilizing consistent spacing extra screen space

-Updated some other textures

-Added some extra custom palettes (for CS). Also just fixed some CS stuff

-Tweaked a few other small things, like some small pause menu adjustments, textbox cues, and the few port-exclusive events that exist

Also as of now, barring any major issues, this'll now just get updated sometimes if/when future Coop or Character Select updates break stuff and compatibility needs to be fixed. (Some smaller stuff might also get added here and there but with those "things broke" updates, just cuz there's like nothing else to add with 0.7 in terms of playability)"
