Discover files.fm’s New AI Features: Face Recognition + Document Assistant

files.fm showcased two new AI-powered features.

🧠 The first — Face Recognition — is one of the best in the market, allowing you to easily and quickly find your photos in large galleries and event collections, including conference and wedding photos. It’s convenient for both photographers and their clients who receive the photos, so we highly recommend trying it out.

📄 The second — AI Document Assistant — lets you chat with your document: quickly extract key points from contracts, create summaries, get translations, or ask specific questions. It makes working with technical documentation, tenders, and specifications much easier.

With face recognition, you can:
Quickly find specific people in large photo galleries
Save and share only the photos that include the person you want
Create separate galleries for each person from the photos you find
This feature is especially useful for:
Large photo reports with many participants
Sports event galleries
Wedding and other event albums
To use it in your gallery, simply click button “Search by Face.”

The new AI feature is available starting with the PRO account.

To avoid displaying too many faces, individual faces are shown only if they appear in at least 3–5 photos (depending on the total number of files in the folder).
