Part 1 of the 3x3x9 tutorial. This is borrowing all the concepts that we went over in the tower power series, but applying this to a 3x3x9. Less of a cuboid tower and more of a cubic structure, the concepts are still the same. It just gets a little messy when dealing with all the layers, but the algorithms are still the same. In the first half of the puzzle, we're solving the 3x3 component so that we can place the top, bottom, and middle segments, which will act as a keystone. We then start our "cuboid" solution which moves edges and corners from the top 4 layers to the bottom 4 layers and places them correctly.
