I had a lot of fun making this recipe! It's nice and sweet, with a really full bodied flavour from the peppers. It has a nice bit of heat that isn't over powering. I can't wait to use it in different recipes and on different foods.
Preserving harvests is one of my favourite things to do. Getting a pantry stocked with all kinds of good healthy foods is so important to myself and my family through out winter.
